These terms govern your use of ADACOM. By creating an account or installing the widget, you agree to them.

The service

ADACOM provides an accessibility widget you install on your website via a script tag, plus a dashboard to manage your subscription and site key. We may improve, change, or add features over time.

Subscription & billing

• The plan is $5 per month, per website, billed through Stripe after a 14-day free trial.
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.
• Prices may change with advance notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.

Acceptable use

• Use one site key per website you own or are authorized to manage.
• Don't attempt to resell, reverse-engineer for circumvention, or abuse the service or its APIs.

No compliance guarantee

ADACOM is a tool that helps reduce common accessibility barriers and gives visitors control over how they read and navigate your site. It does not by itself make a site fully compliant with the ADA, WCAG, or any other law or standard, and nothing here is legal advice. Compliance also depends on your own content and code.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
