ADACOM ("we", "us") provides a drop-in accessibility widget and the account service that powers it. This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep data collection to the minimum the product needs.

What we collect

• Account data. When you subscribe, we store your email address, a generated site key, your subscription status, and (if you provide it) the website domain you install on.
• Billing data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe holds them. We store only a Stripe customer reference.
• Widget usage. The widget runs entirely in your visitor's browser. Visitor accessibility preferences are saved in that visitor's own localStorage and are never sent to us.

What we do not collect

• We do not track your site's visitors, build profiles, or run analytics on end users.
• We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

How we use data

To operate your subscription, issue and verify your site key, provide support, and send service emails such as sign-in links. Service providers we rely on include Stripe (billing), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (transactional email).

Data retention & your rights

We keep account data while your subscription is active. Cancel anytime from your dashboard; you can request deletion of your account data by emailing us. You may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
